Les Fagen is a Senior Advisor for Lightstone. In the past, Les was a senior partner in the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. During this time, he became chair of the firm’s litigation department and a member of the firm’s management committee.  Starting with Lightstone in 2021 as a consultant, Mr. Fagen has experienced more than 40 years in the field of business and the law and in particular in the field of investment and real estate. He is a board member, advisor, and consultant for profit, not-for-profits, and foundations.  Additionally, he serves as fiduciary for trusts and estates. Mr. Fagen is on the adjunct faculties of Columbia Law School and Brooklyn Law School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and member a of the Board of Visitors of Columbia Law School. He is a graduate of Yale College and Columbia Law School.
